Education?
Good morning Team, Team today let's talk about the education system. But before going to the discussion I believe we all some how one one beneficiaries of our education system. So we all know what it is in some extent. Now let's come to the point. Our point is if our education system is up to the mark then why we never promote anyone who pass from here instead of who pass from any foreign. Point is we never trust our education system that's why here is the country who have largest private educational system which runs parallel with government education system. Point private school teacher's salary is not too high than government school teacher. But in when comes to students result it got opposite. Point is here why this much influence of money on education. Means our system pressure us if we want good education then we need money. Point is do you feel is it a right practice? I personally want to describe my story because I have both experience like with private and government. Like my primary complete in private school and my high school complete in government school. My primary was in Srimad Bhagwad Gita Vidyamandir at CRP and high school from Govt Boys High School unit 8. So I experience both. Also here I want to share few years back UG/PG was the highest salary post in our country. Currently it is for IAS. Point we have no remuneration problem, we have no infrastructure problem also we have no student or teacher scarcity problem then why this kind of results. According to me answer is very simple lack of interest or just follow as ancestors. The main reason behind this issue is now people want to be a teacher because they have no other option. They don't have passion to teach or being a teacher like our father's time teacher. Like that time teachership is most dignified work. So to see that our constitution makers make UG/PG scale is highest-paid. But now say does our own exclusive talented people have any wish to share their knowledge in to their people or their children. In overall world we are the most talented or smart. But when it comes to our home we neglect it. For why because we need to be popular among few people we sorounded. We never want to increase it for a greater purpose. We just satisfied with our things because it is running why it needs to be interrupted. Point if we not raise then who will because those who found the lakuna they just start to use it for money making then how can this all be solved. As a citizen of India I want we should have a country for us which not to be praised for its past only but with it's present also. Nothing much. Because summarise things in your brain if feel good then share with others. Also feel free to share your opinions regarding this.
