Employment ?
Good morning Team, First let me apologise because I wasn't able to keep my words that by the end of the week our website will be live. But give me 1 or 2 more days things will be live. Due to some unavoidable situations this cannot be done by yesterday. The team let's discuss the employment today. But before going to actually discuss let me ask us a question that only a tax payable job is a job and ordinary jobs are also a job in our view or opinion? Like my point here to establish is nothing is small or nothing is big. Everyone is best at their skills. So why do we judge others on the basis of their work/job. The main point is why our multiple skill system is going to die because we mainly focus on physical labour less jobs as a great job. So due to the mindset of us create a race for jobs which we can be replaceable anytime. But we don't focus on things that give us immutable/irreplaceable dignity in our jobs. I don't think I can conclude it in the best way but I tried my best. Nothing much. Have a great day ahead, team.
