Working Hours Policies ?
Good Afternoon Team, Apologise for these unexpected delays. Actually I was busy with fixing my Dad's Beast. It is actually a CD 100 Deluxe model. But it still runs smoothly with an average of 75+. So I think with an extension of fitness I can re use it for the next 5 or 10 years. Anyway tomorrow I will bring it to the office that's the reason I spent a whole day making it look the same as how I left it in 2014 when I left for Bangalore. Anyway, let's discuss the working hours policies. Actually in this matter I think Government employees, Doctors, Bank employees, corporate employees and our mechanic brothers are very lucky. Also many other sectors which I didn't include are also. But I mainly want to focus on these daily vendors like these thela shops, small pan shops, Big mall's grassroot employees etc they are quite unlucky in this matter. What we think Do the government have any job or task here or due they are not active taxpayers so no need to focus on this sector? In my opinion the solution is shift system with 2 days of mandate leave in a week. We need 3 8 hours shifts. So that we can repeat the process but the resource is not repeated. So benefit is in 8 hrs how much we gain 3 times we can gain in 24 hrs. With systemetic approach we can extend it to 24 * 7* 365 by just adding resources and limiting appetite of revenue we can run the system without hefty load. Because what I understand from the current scenario is people have different habits so instead of our passion, if we encourage habits we may get a stress free work environment more easily with preventing suicide attempt or post affects. So if we follow the stream then we need 24 hr structure instead of a 6 am to 10 pm system. So nothing much. Have a great time ahead, team.
