Good morning Team, Let's have a great discussion on a topic called Judges especially Mr BV Nagrath and Satish Sharma. The reason behind this open morcha against these 2 judges is 2 decisions of these 2 judges. One is Puja khedekar's intern bail and second intern bail grant of a rapist. Point is here this morcha not because they flee a culprit but their statements towards these cases. In Puja khedekar's case they said that the culprit is innocent because she didn't do a murder or NDPSA thing. So she can't be the culprit. In this rapist case they said Clap was never made from one hand. Means crime is not a crime if you have sufficient money or bribery capacity. Now the point is what we should do with these kind judges because these are rotten things which spread infection who ever come to their touch. Point is as we know they are infectious and we can't behave like infectious ones, ultimately we have one choice remaining that make things repeat over their belongings and let us see how they judge these cases because arguments will be the same as now. Unless these guys will not understand why the constitution gives them magistrate power and what is the value of it. Nothing much. I believe my above words are quite full of resistance against the unconstitutional things that happened in nama of constitution. Have a great day ahead, team.
