What is mechanism?
Good morning Team, Today I think I should address it in hindi or Odia. But the problem is I don't have a respective keyboard software for now. So for today let's continue in english. In the meantime I will set things up. So let's start our today's session with the next question called What is our mechanism to reach people? Team here according to me our move should be beyond traditional like rallies, posters, promotion etc. we will move with a strategy and here is our strategy is to assist people nothing apart from this. Here assist consists of a vast meaning. Here it stands for any kind of assistance even as a nurse or a road laborer. Everything is considered here as an act of assistance. So now just let's start with a form fill. People don't have proper knowledge of the facilities that the government gives us. Let's start with enhancing the knowledge of people regarding the Government by bringing the government to their house or home. In this way what we need to do is just to collect data about people what is their insufficiency and how the Government can fill this up. As much as we can cover people in this way. Also team, if we just believe in an act then we need to cover the entire Odisha and surprisingly Odisha consists of 30 districts, 314 blocks, 6853 gps, 50370 villages, 115 municipalities and 2081 wards. So my friends we need a minimum of 52451 number members in our team. So the team doesn't get motivated alone, be motivate others to join in our cause. But be cautious and add only those who have a certain extent understanding and self analysis skills. Because many times people want to shrink the ship because they are not just captains. So be futuristic and think for our long term survival. I think this enough to boost team for today. So let's have a great day ahead, team.
