Manners of a government employee ?
Good morning Team, Let's talk about the manners of a government employee. The reason behind this topic today's discussion is our secretariat sub post office post master and few BMC sweepers who think they are CM in their work context. But before going to the actual discussion let me ask us a question for whom we are working while we are called self as government employees? The point is friends people are the government and this simple law we forget once we join the government by any form or position. So let me describe their act, so that we all can measure how much autocratic nuisance these guys are showing while they are performing their government job. In the post master case I went there and just asked my RPLI lapse ,how I can revive or close to get back my deposit money. In answer I got this is not issued over here and so please get out from here because who created my RPLI these post masters have personal grudge on him. So he just offended me due to his personal grudge. Then may I ask is it right full in the manner of government officials. Let's come to the second point our BMC sweepers. Point is a small road they are cleaning with a minimum of 20 people in the workforce and they make videos of it. So while people of that street start heading towards their work place at 10:00 am they get to hear why you are disturbing us and move as quickly as you can. Maybe you will not be able for it further. So the point is friends sweepers time is 6 to 9 in the morning but they start at 10:00 am. Also this incident does not happen in any remote area. Today's incident happened in the CRP most premium area of Bhubaneswar. So point is friends these are just a sample of our system. Like these many are there but they didn't understand due to few good employees still there nuicience is being tolerated. I think it's time to act on this kind of scenes. Don't be silent be questioning on this kind of act. Like I did. Because we all know one dirty fish can make the whole pond dirty. So as a government employee we should have manner atleast because we represent government and government is never mannerless. So nothing much. Have a great day ahead, team.
