Primary Education System ?
Good morning Team, Let's discuss our primary education system again, today. The reason behind this repetition of the topic is actually micro management of individual teachers on government premises. The point is that team school is the best preliminary government institution which shows how the government can operate its field institutions. But it is really sad that few of them misutilize the given power and start micro management. In our government it is a rule any government employee can take sick leave that's why we have 22 casual leave and today one teacher just deviated this because she has personal grudge on the other one. Here the sufferer one is my mother because in fever cold and rheumatism like she can't even walk properly, she needs to go to school because her application is rejected due to this micro management. Then here point is how can one be this much supreme even higher than headmaster, it really needs an investigation to bring out what they hide in these 2 faces of micro management. Also team Government needs a thought when they put census work on teachers. Earlier it was fine because we have an educated man power issue. But now we are at the peak of unemployment. We need to find another way of employment and I think the census is a good sector and can give us more individual and realistic data every month. So the team, nothing much.
